Nachum was joined by Rabbi Yigal Segal in the studio and Mark Zomick live via telephone during this morning’s JM in the AM for the launch of the “Torah of Unity” project.
From the project’s website: “For 36 years, Nachum Segal has been the voice of the Jewish people, reaching thousands and spreading messages of Torah and unity. Now, it’s time for the Jewish community to give back and support a project honoring Nachum: the Torah of Unity. The writing of this Torah scroll in Nachum’s honor will perpetuate his mission of bringing the Jewish people together. All proceeds from this project will benefit the Foundation For Jewish Broadcasting’s Jewish Unity Initiative and will provide the opportunity for Jews young and old to be educated about the process of writing a Torah scroll.”
