Nachum had the pleasure of hosting Shlomo Zwickler for a comprehensive Beit Orot update on this morning’s JM in the AM. They discussed the latest Beit Orot building/development news, the Yom Yerushalayim celebrations, the historic nature of the construction in that are of our Holiest city and more. “Beit Orot represents the first living Jewish presence in two millennia on Har Hazeitim, the Mount of Olives, in Jerusalem, filling an integral role in the reclamation and development of crucial historic areas of the Jewish capital. The Irving Moskowitz Yeshiva & Campus, a hesder yeshiva, is the nucleus of a new Jewish neighborhood on the strategically crucial northern ridge of Har Hazeitim. By virtue of its location and philosophy, Beit Orot is at once defending the sacred traditions of our nation, the physical security of Eretz Yisrael and the integrity of Yerushalayim as the undivided capital of Israel and the Jewish people.” Nachum and Shlomo encourage everyone going to the Holy Land this summer to include Beit Orot in their plans.
