As the Jewish world is reeling from the passing of Rav Ovadia Yosef zt”l, Nachum welcomed Rabbi Yigal Segal to the air this morning to discuss the unprecedented gathering for the gadol hador’s funeral. In his capactiy as a member of Hatzolah in Israel,  Rabbi Yigal called in from the Holy city of Jerusalem to describe, in detail the funeral proceedings and how so many people were needed to contain the gathering and help make sure people weren’t hurt. Nachum and Rabbi Yigal briefly discussed the incredible impact that this sad passing will have on the Jewish world for a long time to come.
