Nachum Segal welcomed Rabbi Dan Rosenstein, Executive Director of the Hebron Fund to this morning’s JM in the AM for a last minute conversation regarding Shabbat Chayei Sarah in the Holy City of Hebron.  It was a bittersweet interview for Nachum and many of the listeners who are wishing to be among the thousands of our brethren spending time in the Holy city. Nachum and Rabbi Rosenstein encourage everyone to support the Hebron Fund and to make Hebron one of the important stops on any stay in Israel. The Hebron Fund, a New York based not-for-profit charitable organization was founded in 1979. While the fund is a separate entity, it was created as an affiliate organization of the Jewish community in Hebron and, subsequently, operates in concert with the community there to assess their needs and respond in kind.
