Nachum welcomed entrepreneur Henry Stimler, proprietor of The J Soho restaurant (formerly Jezebel) to this morning’s JM in the AM to discuss the controversial eatery and to shed light on what promises to be a unique kosher eating experience. Henry explained to Nachum and the listeners how the goal of The J Soho is to raise the bar on kosher restaurant dinning while still appealing to traditional tastes. They discussed the challenges of owning a kosher restaurant,  the evolution of the restaurant, and Henry’s expectations for the future.
