Nachum welcomed vintner, chef and author Jeff Morgan to this morning’s JM in the AM to discuss the Covenant Winery and the new cookbook written by Jeff and Jodie Morgan entitled “The Covenant Kitchen: Food and Wine for the New Jewish Table.” From the Covenant website,”The Morgans own Covenant Winery, in Berkeley, where they produce what has been described by wine critic Robert Parker as ‘the greatest kosher wine on Planet Earth’.”
