As Nachum and the Segal family observe and commemorate the 10th yahrtzeit of Nachum’s father, HaRav Zev Ben Rav Yosef HaLevi, Nachum welcomed Rabbi Zvi Romm and Rabbi Dovid Horwitz to this morning’s JM in the AM to discuss the Segal Torah Institute at the Bialystoker Synagogue on New York’s Lower East Side. They discussed how it came together and how it offers Torah learning for the entire community every day of the week.
