As has become the annual Chanukah tradition, Nachum hosted FDNY Commissioner Sal Cassano on this morning’s JM in the AM to discuss fire safety. Commissioner Cassano explained how the FDNY is on higher alert before all holidays and have been educating the public in anticipation of all the festivities. Over the years, due to professional and community vigilance the number of calamities that the FDNY has had to deal with has, thank God, decreased.
