It was a live music alert Wednesday on this morning’s JM in the AM as Nachum hosted Aryeh Kunstler and Rabbi Tsvi Selengut live in the studio to discuss Sunday’s “Rebuild Belle Harbor” concert event and to have Aryeh perform some great music for the listeners. Due to Belle Harbor’s proximity to the ocean, Hurricane Sandy hit the area pretty hard and the community can use our help to continue their rebuilding efforts. Rabbi Selengut discussed the re-dedication, Chanukat Habayit of Congregation Ohab Zedek, the centerpiece of this concert event featuring Benny Friedman, Aryeh Kunstler, Shloime Dachs, the Rambam Choir, and special guest appearance by the legendary Avraham Rosenblum. Aryeh played a couple of his classic tunes and gave the listeners a preview of upcoming projects as well.
