Nachum welcomed Kalman Yeger, a member of New York’s Community Board 14 to this morning’s JM in the AM to discuss his officially becoming the Democratic nominee for Councilman in the New York City Council’s 44th District. Councilman David Greenfield decided not to run for reelection in the district after the candidate petition filing deadline, which means that the nomination for his seat was to be controlled by a Committee on Vacancies named by the Councilman. That committee designated Kalman Yeger who received a ringing endorsement from the Councilman.
