Nachum welcomed Rabbi Zvi Romm, spiritual leader of the Bialystoker Synagogue, to the studio during this morning’s JM in the AM for a preview of the upcoming season of the Segal Torah Institute. The institute was established in loving memory of Rabbi Zev and Rebbetzin Esther Segal OB”M and, with the guidance of Rabbi Dr. David Horwitz, it provides fascinating and timely Torah classes on a daily basis at the shul.
