In preparation for Tisha B’Av, Nachum Segal welcomed Elly Kleinman and Cindy Darrison to this morning’s JM in the AM to discuss The Kleinman Family Holocaust Education Center (KFHEC) and to put the spotlight on their important exhibit open to the public this Sunday, Tisha B’Av entitled, “Mourning to Morning.” Featured speakers at this important event include renowned mohel, author and lecturer Rabbi Paysach Krohn and U.S. Army Seargent (Ret.) Seymour Kaplan, one of the liberators of the Dachau concentration camp. The Kleinman Family Holocaust Education Center (KFHEC) documents the history of the Holocaust. The KFHEC enables both Jewish and diverse audiences of all faiths and background to better understand the Holocaust in its entirety with a special emphasis on the Orthodox Jewish perspective and experience.
