The major focus of Day 2 of the Marathon was the ever expanding programming on the Nachum Segal Network, and the JM in the AM LIVEStream. Ever since the Network launched earlier this year we have added several new programs that cover every aspect of Jewish communal life including Israel, politics, social issues, teen concerns, and more! Nachum welcomed several of the NSN hosts to the Marathon today including General Manager Miriam L. Wallach (Host of That’s Life: Thurs. 2-3p.m. ET) , Meir Weingarten (Host of The Israel Show: Mon. 9-10a.m. ET), Eli Hagler (Host of the OU’s Jewish Reaction: 5-6p.m. ET ), Michael Fragin (Host of Spin Class: Thurs. 8-9p.m. ET), Yossi Zweig (Host of The Z Report, the Wednesday Live Lunch: Wed. 12-2p.m. ET), and Daniel Gordon (one of the Hosts of The Stunt Show: Thurs. 6-7p.m. ET) to read pledges, show their support and discuss their involvement in the Network. Elliot Weiselberg was live in the studio to express his support and to deliver the weekly Yeshiva League Sports Update. Nachum also had the pleasure of welcoming students from Magen David High School in Brooklyn, NY to help answer phones and spread the word to the multi-generational JM in the AM audience that their support is vital to keep the backbone of great Jewish radio going strong. The total at the end of Day 2 of the Marathon is $36,509. Check out more pictures here!
