Rabbi Benjamin Yudin, spiritual leader of Congregation Shomrei Torah in Fairlawn, New Jersey, called in to JM in the AM to deliver his annual pre-Rosh Hashanah address. Rabbi Yudin discussed the various laws and customs of the Jewish New Year Holiday which begins tonight and continues until sundown on Friday evening. Rabbi Yudin also discussed “Shabbos Shuva” which immediately follows Rosh Hashanah this year. As always, Rabbi Yudin helped put the day in context and discussed how we can enter the New Year with the proper perspective.
