Nachum Segal and company continued their solidarity mission to Israel with a visit to the city of Tel Aviv as well as Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem. The base of operations for this morning’s show was La Lasagna at 177 Rehov Dizengoff (Tel Aviv-Yafo, 63462, Israel) whose proprietor and chef Joseph and Menashe Tamam were on hand to welcome and host the NSN Jewish Unity Initiative. Guests to this morning’s show included Avi Abelow of IsraelVideoNetwork.com, Shauly Arbib, Eden Shochat, partner at Aleph Venture Capital, Yuval Klein, founder-CEO at Zuzu Tourism and comedian Benji Lovitt. At Shaare Zedek Nachum interviewed Dr. Ofer Merin, Deputy Director-General of Shaare Zedek, head of the SZ Trauma Unit and head of the IDF’s Field Hospital. Dr. Merin holds the rank of Lt. Col. in the IDF. He also spoke with Professor Giora Weisz, Director of the Bendheim Department of Cardiology in Shaare Zedek’s Jesselson Heart Center and Dr. Shalom Strano, head of Shaare Zedek’s Breast Imaging Center. During his visit to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem this morning, Nachum had an opportunity to interview Tomer, the victim of terror from yesterday’s stabbing in Gush Etzion.
