Nachum welcomed Avi Frier to this morning’s JM in the AM to discuss Yidneck Records and the Kickstarter Campaign for “ChanuKountry: the album.” From Avi’s site: “I love the Jewish parodies on pop songs (especially the ones about Chanukah) that have been popularized by artists like Shlock Rock, the Maccabeats, and others. But I’m also a huge country music fan, and as the song goes, “What a sad state of affairs I’m in, when I search for songs ’bout Chanukah to make me grin… Ain’t no country!”
