Eli Hagler is the Assistant Director of Yachad/National Jewish Council for Disabilities. Having completed his undergraduate degree in Business Management and Real Estate from Yeshiva University, Eli continued to work at YU for 5 years. First serving as the Ronald P. Stanton Presidential Fellow in the Office of Student Affairs, and then as the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions for 4 years, Eli has travelled the country extensively. Eli is very familiar with many of the Jewish communities outside of the NY/NJ area as he has visited and spent time in schools, shuls and community members’ homes in most North American Jewish communities.
Eli lives in Riverdale with his wife Shani, A 4th year Pediatric Neurology resident at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, and their 2 year old daughter Ava. After completing a year towards his MBA at Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business, Eli transferred to Baruch’s Master’s of Public Administration program to focus more on the non-profit world.
In December 2013 Eli began hosting The OU Presents: Jewish Reaction on the Nachum Segal Network, a web-radio station. Eli’s show focuses on programs and departments of the Orthodox Union, and its take on what’s happening in the Jewish community.
